SpiriTree Movement offers customized retreats, workshops, and individual sessions for people interested in nurturing movement for well-being.  We integrate mind, body, and spirit through movement that might include yoga, tai chi, dance, gentle strength, and play. You will gain strength, balance, confidence and calm as well as a renewed sense of appreciation for what your body can do!  We will collaborate to create meaningful and practical ways to integrate meditative movement practices into your daily life.

Last year I had breast cancer and along with the diagnosis came strong enlightenment. I had no idea that I was in an emotional fog regarding events in my life.
